Both have an F# (Fa#), however instead
of starting on G (Sol), we start on E (Mi). The notes
are all the same, except that this E Minor (Mi Mineur)
has a D# (Re#)in the scale, and in therfore called
E Harmonic Minor (Mi Mineur Harmonique) in which the
7th note of the scale (D/Re) is raised a 1/2 step.
The other thing to note in this song
is towards the end of this section, in which you can
see many time changes (4/4 to 5/4 to 2/4...). All
I'm doing here is pointing out that the feel of the
beats falls on different time signatures. However,
the same passage can easily be written in 3/4 right
to the end of the section, the beats would just feel
ackward.
